Due to recent staffing issues that our stores and many restaurants are currently experiencing, we are not always able to keep our online ordering on.
We do our very best to accommodate our online orders as well as in-store guests, and we only turn off the online ordering system when we feel that it will affect the quality of service all guests receive. We appreciate your understanding as we work through this time!

All of our platters are listed on the Toast sites, with add ons like chopped liver at the non-kosher stores.
Wait Times
We cook everything fresh and made-to-order, which can take some time given the volume of demand, especially on the weekends. We are so appreciative of our customers, new and old, and are consistently working to provide you with the highest-quality food and experience possible!
Since the pandemic, most of our orders have shifted from in-person to online: for each in-person order, there are 10 online orders. Therefore, while ordering in-person, it may feel like you are waiting unnecessarily long for your order, but there is regularly an online queue already in progress.
To get you your food faster, and at our quality standard, we are improving equipment and protocol, as well as increasing our staff to a level never seen before.
If you know you’re going to be in a hurry, we accept pre-orders up until 1pm the day before your visit. Shoot us an email at orders@rosenbergsbagels.com or call any of the stores directly, and we’ll have your food ready to go when you arrive.
Pricing
We want to assure you that all of our pricing is a reflection of the quality products that we use, the living wage we pay our staff, and the unique circumstances behind running an authentic NYC bagel shop in Colorado.
We only use the highest quality ingredients. Our bacon is heritage-breed pork, processed by Denver’s premier bacon company. We use cage-free eggs that were farmed locally no more than a week before being served. We ‘recreate’ NYC’s water with a machine that we had custom-fabricated, in order to make our bagels as authentic and delicious as possible. And being in a landlocked state, it can be pricey to fly in fresh (never frozen) fish, of which we only use the highest quality and is sustainably sourced and every slice, masterfully hand sliced.

Toasting
That’s right: we have a No Toasting policy (but what you do in the privacy of your home is none of our business!). Our bagels are perfect just the way they are (and so are you!).
We take no shortcuts with our bagel production. It’s a painstaking, multi-step process that takes several days from start to finish. Additionally, we bake our bagels fresh throughout the day using only premium ingredients so that they are never hard or dry and never sit out for more than a couple of hours.
You’d be hard-pressed to find a fresher bagel anywhere, even in NYC! Given all of that time and effort, it’s important to us that you experience a fresh, authentic bagel as it was intended. If you do want it “crispy,” ask to have it griddled, and we’ll be more than happy to accommodate you.
