We cook everything fresh and made-to-order, which can take some time given the volume of demand, especially on the weekends. We are so appreciative of our customers, new and old, and are consistently working to provide you with the highest-quality food and experience possible!
Since the pandemic, most of our orders have shifted from in-person to online: for each in-person order, there are 10 online orders. Therefore, while ordering in-person, it may feel like you are waiting unnecessarily long for your order, but there is regularly an online queue already in progress.
To get you your food faster, and at our quality standard, we are improving equipment and protocol, as well as increasing our staff to a level never seen before.
If you know you’re going to be in a hurry, we accept pre-orders up until 1pm the day before your visit. Shoot us an email at email@example.com or call any of the stores directly, and we’ll have your food ready to go when you arrive.
